Swedish House Mafia back again!

So BBC Radio 1 announced the winner of Best Essential Mix for 2010. For those of you who don't listen in on a weekly basis, the Essential Mix is hosted by Pete Tong, and usually provides with an amazing 120-minute set of house. The program holds a legendary role for increasing the popularity of electronic dance music in the UK since its inception in 1993. The Essential Mix goes on the road to major events like Ibiza in the summer and festivals like Creamfields and Sugarbeat, and the live sets from there make up the Essential Mix for that week. This year's Best Essential Mix was no surprise really, but a huge shout anyways to SWEDISH HOUSE MAFIA.

SHM performed live at Creamfields, and you can stream it here:

Enjoy!

SHM said this:
"So proud to win this. For us to get this for our live set - especially that Creamfields gig - is amazing. Thanks for voting and thanks to that crowd - it was another level for us! This year has been incredible. See you in 2011 and THANK YOU."
